Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Our Little Craft Co. Purchasing online can be tricky so in light of this we understand you may want to make a return.
To make a return, send us an email to [email protected] with your order number and name. We can then lodge your goods for a return and confirm details of where to send the items.
We accept returns of new and unused items with all labels and associated packaging intact. Items must also be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods.
We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore the postage to return the goods is at your own cost.
We advise for you to return the items in appropriate packaging to ensure their safe return. The original, undamaged packaging is usually the best option. Remember to enclose your invoice or a note containing your order number, name and address. We highly recommend you obtain proof of posting for fear that your parcel goes missing.
Upon receipt of the items, they will be checked to be new with all labels attached. We will then issue a refund back to the original payment method once the items condition is checked and verified. Please note it may take 5 to 10 working days for the banks to process your refund. We appreciate your patience and understanding but this is beyond our control.
Damaged Goods
You will not be eligible for a refund if the goods are returned damaged in any way (and this is not the reason for your return). Should you initiate a return after 14 days after the day of delivery, you will subsequently not be eligible for a refund.
In the event you have received a faulty or defective item you may be entitled to a full refund. A refund will only apply if the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer’s recommendations or reasonable wear and tear. Please send an email to us outlining the problem along with any supporting photos. The details will then be forwarded to the manufacturer for their assessment and comments. We will then contact you via email in due course to confirm if a refund is applicable.
Digital Patterns
We cannot accept any refunds for any digital pattern downloads as digital patterns are instantly delivered.
