We are an e-commerce website that sells art and craft products within the UK. Our customers data and privacy is of our upmost importance. We are VAT registered and our VAT registration number is GB 433 6436 01.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on our site we collect the data shown in the comments and reviews form. To help spam detection and for payment security purposes we also collect the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string

Media

The media images you upload should avoid being embedded with location data (EXIF GPS) information. This is because it is possible for visitors to the website to download and extract any location data from those images.

Who we share your data with

When you place an order with us, your personal details are held within a third party e-commerce system called Ecwid. Your provided data of name, address and phone number are held on their secure servers, encrypted and made available to us. In order for us to send your parcel, your name and address are subsequently shared with Royal Mail. Your payment information is held directly with Paypal or Square therefore we do not have any access to the data you provided . We are solely informed if a payment is successful or not. Your personal data is of the most importance to us and we strictly do not share your data with any other Companies.

How long we retain your data

Any comments and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is because we can then recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For any registered users on our website (if any) we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit or delete their own personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username).

What rights you have over your data

Visitors that have an account on this site or have left comments can request to receive their data. This is an exported file of the personal data we hold and includes any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
